Rapper Bow Wow is a big gamer. If you remember, he challenged The Game to a “Madden” face-off last year and lost, but that doesn’t mean he’s gonna put down the controller. Nope, with his new album New Jack City II in stores, the young rapper is set to take on regular gamers on “NBA Live 09″, via Xbox Live’s Game With Fame program. On April 15, Bow Weezy gives gamers a chance to play him, starting at 5:00 p.m. ET. Xbox asks that potential opponents send a friend request to “Bow Wow GWF”, and be online before 4:30 p.m. If you get a chance to take on the rapper, Microsoft wants to hear about your experience. They ask that you send an email to: xlmail@microsoft.com with the subject: “GWF – Bow Wow,” along with your gamertag and hometown. For more information, visit Xbox.com/GWFBowWow. As far as music, his album New Jack City II hit stores last week. This week, it landed at no. 16 on the Billboard 200, selling just over 30,000 copies in its first week. |
