Tell us a little about yourself and where you come from:
I’m from the hood pretty much feel me, the only way I know how to get it is how I live

How long have you been skating for?
I been skating for 6 years

Whats your favorite terrain to skate?
The main public library at Civic Center in San Francisco

How did you get into the skateboarding scene? What and who motivated
you?
Once again I was at the library when I was 13 feel me and this dude let me ride on his board an I was trying to ride off the ledges but I kept fallin, like 6 times, an ever since then I was hyped on skating. It made me happy, I knew it was something I wanted to do coz I got tired of playin football. My first skateboard was a $20 Dragonball Z whole complete from Toys ‘R Us. Every single pro that skated Pier7 inspired me to skate hard Marcus, Marcus’s brother, Lavar, Pat, Henry, Karl, Rob Welsh, the main niggas who was there.

Who is your favorite skater right now?
The same people that inspired me are pretty much my favorite skaters

What’s your favorite trick? Least favorite?
My Favorite trick? Nollie tre-flip. least favorite? Backside flips

What else are you into besides skating?
I mean, I like to read, learnin bout new things, I still play football sometimes, workin niggas’ ass in madden 07, if anybody feels like they can play holla at me

What would you be doing if you weren’t skating?
I would be playin football right now in college probably

How do skaters make money skateboarding?
Skaters make money when they turn pro and winning skate competitions, I’m just skatin coz I like it

If you decided to retire from skating, what would be the next thing you
would go after?
Football, no doubt

What’s your favorite genre of music? Favorite artist?
My favorite rapper is lil wayne now that pac is dead

What’s the craziest place you’ve ever skated and why?
Check this, when my family used to live on 98^th and Macarthur in deep East Oakland, that was my worst place to skate, coz niggas always called me a white boy and I’m black, they would always give me hella problems, they said skating was a white boy sport, but that’s not true anybody can skate, I got into 3 fights just for bein a fuckin skateboarder

In your opinion what is the best skate spot in the world?
Pier7 even though its not here anymore

What do you do when it’s raining?
I stay in the house or I go downtown an go birdwatchin

Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Graduated from college and hopefully my skating still doin good, pro I hope

What’s your favorite movie? why?
Menace to society, because its real shit I can relate to feel me bein in the everyday struggle of the hood life

If you could have any car, what would it be?
a ferrari

What are some of your favorite clothing brands?
Girbauds, Evisu, throwback jerseys, pretty much all the gangsta shit

Favorite kicks to wear when you skate?
Pretty much whatever I get, I’m gonna skate in it regardless

What was your last job or present occupation?
I worked at Abercrombie and I didn’t fucking like it one bit

For some people, skating is a passing fad, what keeps you skating no matter what?
Just me being thankful that I have legs so I can ride a skateboard, I’m thankful every time I get on the skateboard coz some people can’t even walk so they can’t ride a board, its an honor to be able to skate coz there are people that don’t even have legs

What else besides skateboarding is important to you?
My family, bein real and school is important coz I want to make it just in case skateboarding doesn’t workout,

Some people consider skateboarding a crime and that gives skaters a bad rep, what are your thoughts about that?
Man fuck who ever says that, niggas gonna skate regardless, an its not no motherfuckin crime. Cops would rather see people smoke crack than ride a skateboard an they would rather harass a skater than help a crackhead get off the streets.

If WWS Magazine gave you one million dollars right now, what would you
do with it?
I would go buy my mom an dad a house for my little brothers just to make sure they wouldn’t have to grow up how I grew up feel me, an I’m still livin it right now… an I would help all my real niggas that was down with me feel me, that was down and stayed real, just real niggas that stayed solid to me coz that’s what its all about. Bein real and stayin loyal. All my real niggas that was there for me when I was down and out in the struggle
